Requesting Materials & Use of the Collection

Reservations:

Faculty who need films for classroom instruction can make a reservation by sending an email to la_films@unc.edu and copying riefkohl@email.unc.edu and joshuett@email.unc.edu at least 10 days before the first day of the reservation. You must make your reservation via email. Calls to the Film Library phone at (919) 843-8888 may be delayed in processing. The Film Library will not be opened for walk-in borrowing. Once the reservation request is processed, borrowers will receive an email indicating that the film is ready for pick up and the due date for return.

Pick-Up:

Films can be picked up Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm in room GEC 3203.

Return:
