A story about a young girl, Tieta thrown out of her house for sexual indiscretions, only to return 26 years later triumphantly as the rich and powerful widow of an industrialist. Tieta and Leonora, whom she introduces as her stepdaughter, inspire an upheaval in the Life of Sant’Ana. In the midst of all the uproar, the darkest secret of Tieta’s life is revealed and she is forced to leave the village once again. Feature.
